what is the difference between a pitbull, Bull Terrier and a amercan stafford terrier and american bull dog?

i have checked i like the bull terriers that have a neat look to them but which of these breeds are less aggressive and can get a long with other dogs if trianed at puppy stage. and yes i have done research on this breeds and i have also worked with them. except for bull terrier they are look very similar and have the same body

None of these breeds are naturally agressive toward humans, and all of them posess similar temperment. There are, however, some size differences.

Here are the average he weights of Pit Bull breeds:

APBT – (H) 18-22 in, (W) 35-55 lbs

Staffie- (H) 14-16 in, (W) 25-38 lbs

AmStaff – (H) 17-19 in, (W) 57-67 lbs

EDIT: In response to the poster above me, it is most certainly not in their blood to be agressive. Bully breeds were mercilessly culled throughout history to eliminate chance of human agression. Most terrier breeds are known to exhibit some prey drive. This can vary from dog to dog (even littermates have different levels) and some exhibit no prey drive at all. Human agression and animal agression are two entirely different things. I suggest you research prey drive before aquiring one of these dogs, so that you can be prepared to manage the behavior should it arise.
